We offer a digital catalog of resources our teachers find helpful for different types of learners. These include sites, subscriptions, books, and any other handouts our teachers recommend for the learner to reach their goals. We think having a library of online resources is valuable because learners:

- retain more after completing a creative exercise
- take their learning on the go and can access materials in a quick, digestible way
Teachers can help each other identify new resources they've already seen, leading to success for learners exhibiting such traits. Customized Learning
We have infused customization into every aspect of language learning. The field of Second Language Acquisition has shown that no two students learn in the same way and that respect and understanding of individual differences play an important role in language learning success. A traditional module that would benefit some would not be the best method of presenting a topic for all.
A coach selected from a team of learning experts made up of former teachers, expats, relocation industry alumni, and lifelong language learners meets with each student personally through the platform of their choice. We do this because want to know them. While we offer our own, we encourage learners and teachers to choose what they like best for their lessons. Teachers can make recommendations based on which options they find most helpful, and GLTEngage is smart enough to verify any link through the scheduling tool on the site. We believe in adaptability in teaching and learning to fit the needs of individuals, and this extends to every aspect of the experience.

We upgraded to use the latest tools available to perpetually strengthen our network of language teachers worldwide. No matter the need, our new applicant tracking system allows our global, in-house sourcing specialists and recruiters to hand-pick the best teacher candidates for full-length interviews. It even allows us to identify the top candidates using filters and keywords from resumes we know are most important to our learners.
