Traditional tutoring teaches language with a generic curriculum, but Global LT instructors focus on confident and capable communicators. Every session is tailored to meet unique learner needs and provide meaningful real-world progress.

We maintain rigorous a vetting process that requires our teachers to have both relevant language training experience and a degree or certificate in a field relevant to language instruction. We also require professional references and have a strong preference toward candidates with expatriate or corporate teaching experience. Beyond credentials and experience, we assess teaching methodology to ensure every teacher is capable of building a sophisticated curriculum for their students. Once selected instructors are paired with a talent success coach to ensure that they remain at the forefront of language education and their professional fields.
