How do I submit an RFP to Global LT?

You can submit an RFP using the form on this page. Upload the RFP along with any addenda, requirement matrices, or pricing templates, and tell us your response deadline. You can also submit an RFP via email by sending it to sales@global-lt.com.

What information should an RFP for language services include?

The most useful RFPs tell us six things: which services are in scope, which languages and locations, how many people need training (or how much content needs translating), the delivery format, your decision timeline, and how you will evaluate proposals. Please reach out to us if you need help creating your RFP.

How quickly does Global LT respond to an RFP?

We will confirm when we receive your request. Responses to RFPs can take as little as two business days; however, our response time varies based on the scope of the request and the submission deadline.

Can Global LT support government contracts?

We support government agencies with interpretation, translation, and language and cultural training, including language access compliance, court and public health interpretation, and training for first responders. We welcome federal opportunities and will discuss teaming or subcontracting with prime contractors.
