Global LT is currently hiring a full-time experienced Client Service Consultant, Destination Services, at our Troy, MI location.

Using our qualified and experienced team of Coordinators, Destination Service Consultants, and Real Estate Professionals, Global LT assists individuals and families throughout the demanding process of an international relocation to ensure that each employee’s relocation experience is as rewarding as possible. QUALIFICATIONS:

Our Ideal Candidate has 2+  years’ experience in the relocation industry working with clients anywhere in the World.

Highly organized and detail-orientated, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent computer and research skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Requires multi-tasking and time management skills

A professional demeanor with strong business etiquette

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating superior customer service

Passionate about providing outstanding customer service

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Client Service Consultant is the primary contact for our Clients and their international employees and executives through the relocation process.

The Consultant administers the relocation services for international employees and executives relocating and repatriating from the US and Canada. Services include, and not limited to, home finding assistance, settling in services, lease extensions, and repatriation services

Monitors direct contact with Clients from the initiation of a program to its successful completion

Assigns Area Consultant and Realtor to assist with the international service executive relocation

Handles incoming calls or inquiries from Client contacts, international employees, local Consultants, Realtors, and Landlords to ensure that international service executives are highly satisfied through their relocation and/or departure process.

Identifies and assesses international employees and executives needs to achieve client satisfaction

Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required

Must be accountable; take responsibility for any problem and resolving it to the Client’s satisfaction

Advises of potential issues to Supervisor’s attention

Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required

Maintains files in a timely and accurate manner updating actions, attach the appropriate documentation and provide notes in the file to track the progress of the assignment
